Beech High School

August 2, 2019

Parents and Students,

As we start the 2019-20 school year we will need to make sure that we follow the flow of traffic on campus as outlined below.Beech High School Transportation Plan compressed page 001

Student Drop-Off

1) Parents may drop off students at the front of the main building or annex building in the morning. All cars dropping off students must enter from the Long Hollow Entrance between the Main and Annex Buildings.  (The top lane in our drive is for teacher parking and bus traffic only.)

2) Parents may drop off students at the cafeteria of the main building in the back-parking lot. You may only enter from the back-parking lot by the green house and exit to the front drive bus lane by going under the bridge between the annex and the main building.

Student Pick-Up

Parents may pick up students at the main building or annex building in the afternoon. All cars picking up students must enter from the Long Hollow Entrance between the Main and Annex Buildings.

Student Parking

Students must have BHS parking permit to park on campus.  Students need their license and registration to show Mr. Shephard/Mrs. Davis and $5.00 to purchase their permit if it was not purchased at Orange Rush.

NEW

***Students parking in the front lower Parking lot (Senior Lot) must now enter the middle entrance between the Main building and the Annex and follow the flow of traffic to the lower parking lot entrance from the middle level.***

Visitor Parking

Visitor Parking is available in the front of both the main building and annex building.

We will have teachers out monitoring and directing parents and students in the parking lots next week. Please be understand that this will be new for everyone and you may need to arrive earlier than normal to understand the procedures.

Thank you for your cooperation and patience as we get settled with our newly renovated school campus.
